Helping eliminate diaper need in Waco
Babies & toddlers in our communities should stay clean, dry, and healthy.
What is diaper need?
The lack of a sufficient supply of diapers to keep a baby clean, dry and healthy.
5.3 million children in the U.S. aged three or younger live in poor or low-income families. 1 in 3 American families reports experiencing diaper need.
There is currently no public assistance program that covers the purchase of diapers.
Why diapers matter
A family’s access to a reliable supply of clean diapers reduces the risk of disease, improves the baby’s health and comfort, and enables the baby’s participation in early care and education programs. With access to diapers, parents can place children in childcare and get education or go to work.
Where our diapers come from
Our diapers come from donations, diaper drives and donated money, with which we purchase diapers wholesale.

How we operate
The Waco Diaper Bank does not donate diapers to individuals, but rather we provide diapers to local social service agencies who work with those in need. You can find a list of where we currently donate here.
